Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 10, 2026

GrowthHouse Digital LLC (“GrowthHouse Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of everyone who visits our website, works with us as a client, or joins our referral program. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, company and website when you fill out our contact form, email or call us, or request a proposal.
  • Project and account information you share while we work together, including logins or access you grant us to your website, ad accounts, analytics or other tools.
  • Billing information such as invoices, payment records and the details our payment processors need to complete a charge. We do not store full card numbers on our website.
  • Referral program details such as the businesses you refer, your payout information and your earnings history.
  • Communication preferences, including whether you have agreed to receive marketing emails or text messages from us.

Information collected automatically

When you browse our site we and our partners automatically collect usage information, including your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the page that referred you, the pages you view and how long you stay. This is collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies described in Section 3.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your enquiries, schedule consultations and send proposals.
  • To deliver, manage and improve the services you hire us for.
  • To process payments, send invoices and keep financial records.
  • To run our referral program, verify referrals and pay rewards.
  • To send marketing emails or text messages you have agreed to receive. You can opt out at any time.
  • To understand how visitors use our website and to measure and improve our own advertising.
  • To keep our website secure, prevent spam and abuse, and comply with our legal obligations.

Messages sent through our contact form are saved securely in our website’s admin area and emailed to our team so that no enquiry is lost.

3. Cookies, Pixels and Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure traffic and understand which of our ads and pages are working. The main tools we use are:

  • Google Analytics, which helps us understand how visitors find and use our site. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Meta Pixel, which helps us measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and may be used to show you our ads on those platforms. You can manage this in your Meta ad preferences.

We may add other analytics or advertising tools over time and will update this policy when we do. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although parts of the site may not work as intended if you do. Our site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

4. Text Messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your enquiry, your project or our services. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of buying from us.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:

  • Service providers who help us operate, such as website hosting and security, email delivery, analytics and advertising platforms, payment processors, scheduling and project management tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Referral program partners, where needed to confirm a referral and pay a reward.
  • Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, legal process or a government request, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
  • Business transfers, if GrowthHouse Digital is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

6. Client Data We Handle on Your Behalf

When you hire us, you may give us access to information about your own customers, for example through your website, CRM, email platform or ad accounts. We use that information only to perform the services you have engaged us for, under your instructions and our agreement with you, and we do not use it for our own marketing. Your own privacy policy governs how your customers’ information is collected and used.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections, access controls and reputable hosting providers. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described here, such as completing a project, maintaining business and tax records, or resolving disputes, or as long as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time with the link in each email, and reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy.
  • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Ask us to delete your information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Opt out of the use of your information for targeted advertising.
  • Withdraw consent you have given us, without affecting anything we did before.

To make a request, email us using the details in Section 13. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Visitors Outside the United States

GrowthHouse Digital is based in the United States, and the information we collect is stored and processed here. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another region with data protection laws, we rely on your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legal obligations and our legitimate business interests as the legal bases for processing your information.
